// “Freedom From Fear,” Melbourne, Aug 9/16th 2015

“I have really enjoyed this workshop, having not done one before I have found the way Tess conducted everything to be incredibly straight forward and easy to follow. I loved the personalised approach too! Thank you.”

“Tess Bartlett is a beautiful model for young women who leads by example in creating the best version of ourselves that we can be. Tess is inspiring me to be thoughtful about my life without getting caught up in negative thinking, worry and fear, using the mind as a tool rather than an enemy. I particularly recommend the Freedom from Fear workshop as the group setting is a very conducive, safe environment for reflecting on our fears and doubts and having a good laugh at them.

// “Mindfulness Meditation” @ Work-Shop, Melbourne, May 2015

Tess is a warm, engaging woman of integrity who encourages me to be honest with myself without being pushy about which path to take, which paradoxically has been the most effective way to empower my own sense of worth and direction. I look forward to seeing more of Tess and am very grateful she is a mentor in my life.”

// “Manifest Your Ideal Day” @ Work-Shop, Melbourne, April 2015

I found the workshop “Manifest Your Ideal Day” really confronting and although I went through with the activities I actually threw away the affirmation paragraph a few days after, thinking it was all a bit far fetched. I didn’t really believe it could ever come true. But since that workshop I have been making decisions that have brought me closer and closer to that ideal day. Whether it hovered in my subconscious or not, I am now living a life that is very similar to the ideal day I wrote down on that piece of paper in Tess’s workshop a year ago.

“Mindfulness and Self-Compassion” @ Dance of Life Yoga and Healing, Melbourne, December 2014
