I found the workshop “Manifest Your Ideal Day” really confronting and although I went through with the activities I actually threw away the affirmation paragraph a few days after, thinking it was all a bit far fetched. I didn’t really believe it could ever come true. But since that workshop I have been making decisions that have brought me closer and closer to that ideal day. Whether it hovered in my subconscious or not, I am now living a life that is very similar to the ideal day I wrote down on that piece of paper in Tess’s workshop a year ago.
