BY THE END OF THE 30 DAY FEARLESS AND FREE PROJECT YOU WILL:
– Have a deeper connection and understanding of yourself and your place in the world
– Have tools for tending and befriending fear
– Know how to be brave and do what you love every day
– Feel calm, content, connected and free
– Have a sound understanding of self-compassion and mindfulness and why these are crucial in dealing with fear
– Be connected to a group of wonderful women who are on the same inner journey as you
– Know how to conquer your fears and be brave, bold, and brilliant.
– You will have the opportunity to take up a discounted one on one session with Tess that is solely focused on unlocking your fears
– Lifelong membership to the exclusive Facebook Group Fearless and Free with all other participant’s in the project. This is key to your success and ongoing commitment to embracing fear with your whole heart. This will be a safe space for people to share insights and ask for help. You will not be alone in your journey. The beauty of face to face workshops is the connection we have with other participants. Because of this, I have done all I can to create the same experience through an online environment. I will be present in this group to provide feedback and tips along the way and to share useful articles and ideas about how to be brave, bold and brilliant.
