I offer one-on-one inner transformation coaching (for a minimum of 3 months) to a select group of women who are ready to begin a new and exciting journey of change. Using a range of methods, including mindfulness, self-compassion, Meta Dynamics™ , NLP and mindset strategies we will work together to bring about lasting change.
I am a writer and am currently writing a memoir about anxiety due to be released in early 2018. I have had my work published in academic journals, books, in an anthology of women’s writing as well as in a number of magazines including a yearly feature in The Successful Coach Magazine and several editions of Happiness and Wellbeing Magazine. I have also edited various manuscripts including a novel, essays and blog posts. I am always open to collaboration so please do get in touch.
